Skopje

Skopje is the cultural center, place where most notable artists create, where over 1.000 theatrical performances, exhibitions, concerts, performance events, and other artistic programs are presented and where prominent authors in the world of art are hosted. Nightlife is Skopje indeed an exciting and entertaining one. Whatever type of bar or club you are looking for, you will find it in Skopje. There is a series of nightlife and clubs, where the country people refresh themselves after whole day drudgery. There are also bars where one can enjoy their drinks and can relax. It is the major regional center for concerts, theatrical performances, dance and sporting events. For those who are more abstinent but equally awake, there are plenty of unique coffee shops, blending Italian and Turkish beans well into the wee hours.

Ohrid

There are a few different natural beaches, usually the further from the city center the more scenic they become, and each offers a unique beach experience. Beaches are most crowded in July and August, and quiet the rest of the year, which is a whole different experience. The Ohrid Summer Festival is one of the largest and most important music and drama festivals in FYROM. The festival in Ohrid has a particular international flavour because of the participation of a large number of leading musicians and ensembles from the best known European and world music centers. There have been participants from 44 countries.


Shopping in Ohrid

National musical instruments, filigree jewelry, woodcarvings, items made from copper, or a CD with authentic FYROM music, can be brought home to refresh your memories of your visit. The Talevi and Filevi are two Ohrid families who make genuine Ohrid pearl necklaces, earrings and broaches; they carried over this handcraft down from one generation to another. Ohrid pearl is created from the fish called Plasica.

Kumanovo

There are some Festival: Kumanovo Jazz Festival, Days of Comedy Festival and Kumanovo STREETS Festival: Every year from 4-6 July with Foltin, BllaBlla, Kthjellu, Parketi, Vinsky Project, Sound Pollution, Sercuk Orkestar, White Noise in a White Room on Kumanovo main square. 

Shopping in Skopje

One of the most exciting shopping experiences in Skopje is the Old Bazzar (also known as Čaršija). Here you can find traditional goos, local crafts and souvernirs as well. However if you prefer shopping at malls you can, easily find Gradski, Ramstore, Bunjakovec malls and many beaitiful shops in the downtown. Payments are credit card included in most shops in the city.

Bitola

Bitola is a city 70,000 inhabitants and they are all proud of the entertainment and nightlife in here. Cafes, bars, taverns and clubs work full time. If you do not know where to go, ask for Shirok Sokak.
